Catchy Claws is a four-man rock/punk band tearing it up in Tokyo with a sound that’s loud, riff-driven, and just dangerous enough to keep you grinning. Drawing influence from the gritty UK pub scene and fueled by decades of collective stage experience, the band blends punk’s raw edge, rock’s guitar-powered soul, and hints of metal and funk to keep things unpredictable.
Formed by four international musicians—two from Japan, one from Ireland, and one from England—Catchy Claws is more than just a local band. They’re a clash of styles and backgrounds, united by a love for ripping guitar licks, grooving basslines, pounding drums, and vocals that know when to bite and when to wink.
